02 / Process

From first call to launch,
in four steps.

01

Discover

A 20-minute call to understand your goals, audience and deadline, followed by a custom quote.

02

Design

Layouts in Figma and motion tests in After Effects, reviewed with you before anything is built.

03

Build

We develop in code or Framer, animate and edit the videos — the same hands from design to launch.

04

Launch & iterate

We publish, measure what works and deliver new cuts and updates as you grow.

03 / Our approach

Design, build and motion work as one system, so the original idea stays intact. Craft comes first. We use AI when it adds value, with performance and accessibility built in.

04 / Lab

From the lab. Concepts and experiments in web, motion and video.

08 / FAQ

Questions before the dive

01What does Webeluga do?

We are a design and technology studio. We design, build and animate websites, motion pieces and videos, keeping the original idea intact from first frame to final launch.

02Should my website be in code or in Framer?

Framer when you want to edit content yourself and launch fast. Code when you need custom features, integrations or maximum performance. We recommend one after the first call.

03Which tools do you use for motion and video?

Motion in After Effects, video editing in Premiere Pro and the rest of Adobe Creative Cloud. Interfaces are designed in Figma.

04Do you work with clients outside the US?

Yes. We work remotely from Portland, Oregon, with clients in any time zone.

05How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope. You get a timeline together with your custom quote after the first call.

06How does pricing work?

Every project gets a custom quote based on its scope. Tell us what you need and we send a proposal.

07How many revisions are included?

Review rounds are planned into each phase. The exact number is written in your proposal.

08Who owns the final files?

You do. After the final payment, the source files and the code are yours.

09How do you use AI in your work?

We use AI when it adds value—such as prototyping faster, exploring options and automating repetitive work. Every result is reviewed and refined by hand.

10Can you update the site after launch?

Yes. We keep improving it on demand, or through the design engineering partner plan.
